epoxy recoat after sitting in direct sunlight

If I sprayed a few coats of epoxy on a bumper cover and let it sit in the sun for the majority of a 65+ degree day, how does this effect the recoat window? I'm assuming it's much shorter, but if so..how do you determine when that window is still open?

One FULL day in sun is equal to 7-11 days inside, consider the re-coat window done, just to be safe.
May be fine, just too many factor play into this to say for sure.
Exceptions come in with lack of heat and we use the sun to cure but from people I talk to its normally 4-6 hours and then next day spray 2K primer and never have had a problem BUT!! I would never trust a base over it the next day without a scuff job.

understood for base, but what about epoxy outside recoat window when you need to get some 2k on there?

If your going to use 2k primer you can go up to 180grt, I would go no less then 400 but the ideal choice would be to scuff with red scotch or 320 and put a new thin coat of Epoxy wait a day then apply your 2k. If your doing something worth while the an extra day means nothing.
