Epoxy Primer Shelf Life

Back in April of 2016, I ran out of primer when shooting my doors, fenders and hood. I ordered another gallon with the intention of using it up as the project progressed. I ended up with 3 quarts left over (stored in three separate quart paint cans).

Fast forward 18 months and I'm just now getting back onto the project. I opened a can of the primer and it has settled into a mass of goo at the bottom. But I should be able to get it stirred back up with the paint stick. The activator now has a brownish tint.

It has been stored indoors the whole time at a constant 72-ish degrees.

Is the stuff still good?

Still good on part A: IF you get the pigments stirred in good, that is why we say flip upside down and flip back side up every 2-3 months to prevent this.
Flip upside down until you are ready to use at this point.
Activator has two years, color makes no difference, give it two shakes before using.

I have a gallon each of SPI Epoxy, neither has been opened. Stored in a cabinet in the shop thinking I would use it faster than I did. Its 4+ years old. Toss or try? I'd be inclined to try on my frame, but not on the body. Chassis paint is cheap compared to what I'm putting on the cab.

I'm again is only concerned about part A that the pigments can be mixed in good, do by hand real good and then put it on a shaker in that order.
Part B is a tough call, I would mix up and do two coats on a scrap panel and let's look at it the next day and then another test day after.
You can call me for first test and second test after its sprayed.

If I use part B that is old what should I be looking for on the test panel to tell if it is OK?

We can test but it will take a 2 coat spray and then testing over 3 to 4 days.
Do on flat panel and we will need a razor scraper for each of the 3 day testing.
