Epoxy Makes the floor sticky!

Anybody got any tips to deal with the sticky floor?

Plastic was a terrible idea. Paper wasn't much better because it ripped and I ended up with layers stuck to the bottom of my shoes.

It's spendy but this stuff works well.

Or you could get a wide blade putty knife (6-8 inches) and spend a few hours and go over the floor by hand, assuming your floor is finished concrete. I find that once the epoxy dries, you can sweep a lot of it up just using a broom.

My airflow was crap when I did the paper on the floor. I was trying a new setup. I think you are on to something.

I like the spray on masking idea.

I have thought about getting some of the sticky carpet protector film and seeing how well it sticks to concrete.

I'm thinking I might go buy the cheapest vinyl flooring I can find...

The entire volume of air in your booth should change at least once every 3 minutes. You should literally see the over spray heading toward the exhaust while spraying.

It was for primer 1:1 mix.

I've been working on upgrading my airflow and filtration today.

I used vinyl kitchen flooring my booth, it worked pretty good for the conditions I had. Personally I thought clear was more of a problem than epoxy, but it wasn't too bad for me if I had fresh filters in my exhaust.
