Epoxy Handling Time

I'm going to be shooting my doors with two coats of epoxy primer. I also have my trunk lid to shoot as well. My suspension rack is not large enough to hold all of the pieces. How long should I wait after the second coat until I pull down the doors and then hang and shoot the lid. I'd be resting the doors on an edge so the paint would see some weight on that spot. I'd like to get all of the pieces done in one evening so I can start metal work the next day.

Because of weight I would wait over night and you still need to be gentle with it.
