Epoxy Color

Hello guys,
I'm looking for some advice. Is it better to use a black primer with white guide coat or grey primer with black guide coat? I'm ready to order my epoxy but was wondering if one combination was easier to work with.

Gray primer with black 3M dry guide coat is my preference. Opinions will vary widely.

I like grey the best. I don't really need a guide coat with the grey or black, but many use it. Like Don said, everybody has their own method. (You definitely need a guide coat with white, but you weren't asking about that)

Like Don said, opinions will vary.
For me the most important thing is base coat (or single stage) color.
I only want to buy one color of epoxy for the whole job.
And it is going to be the final sealer before color coat. Color matters there.
Guide coat can be any cheap rattle can of a contrasting color.

It really only matters for your sealer coat. It's a matter of preference for your undercoats.

That's what I am doing.
Although I believe black base or SS will cover any sealer color well. And spraying black over a lighter sealer might help to see coverage
