Dupont Chromabase vs PPG DBC color match

Back in 2001 I painted my Mustang with Dupont Chromabase and Dupont 7800s Glamour clear. It still looks great today.
I have since moved and now live close to a PPG dealer so I switched to PPG products about 10 years ago, also with great success (I use SPI Universal clear)

My dilemma is I have to put a new hood on my stang and will paint the cowl and the tops of the fenders so at least all of that will match.
I "heard" Dupont doesn't make Chromabase anymore. Not only that but I don't know where a Dupont dealer is near me (Waterford Michigan).
I understand the paint color won't match perfect with something that was painted 18 years ago, but, would there be any difference in color if I used DBC or Chromabase?
Here is a scan of the original paint formula for the Dupont. It is Cabernet Red.
What are my other options? I want to buy 2 qts of paint as I may be doing more paint work on the car.
Thanks

You should be able to get close enough with any brand if you pick a variant that closely matches what you have
and you blend the fenders. the trick is picking the right variant, some colors have several.
My supplier has chips of each variant that I can compare to the car outside and in sun light.
But painting the fender tops and blending the sides to the door is one of the easiest panel blends
to do. You should be fine.
Even if you still had the original paint, it would probably still need to be blended to look right.
They just never look the same after only a short time later, either the existing paint changes a little
or just how you spray it is different. Even spraying the same paint a few days later sometimes
doesn't match perfectly.
