DTM Paint over Epoxy?

I hate posing this question on here, I almost know the answer all ready but I am most likely in a pinch and need some options. SEM makes something called Cover Coat and its a DTM. Can I use this over Epoxy without it lifting?

I know, I know, this is just a temporary repair to hold the rust down, also my first experience spraying epoxy. As far as that goes, As a novice for now I am very pleased with Barry's Products, his support, and fellow support from members here.

SPI Epoxy will do that on its own, I don't see the need for anything else...

Let epoxy set overnight and you can spray it with no worries, BUT I must ask why??

Lack of a shop with the proper tools. Did the Epoxy at a friends shop.

Very happy with the epoxy. This is my first job. Sending the DTM SEM rattle can back to Industrial Finishes. The product failed when I tried to spray it. I am so tired of their prices, non rotating inventory and attitude.
