Brass garden hose cap, water bottle, tape, drill bit, center punch.
Get thin brass cap, use center punch to cave it in(out) like a funnel so all fluid drains, drill hole, cut water bottle top off, screw brass cap on, tape so no leaky threads.
I video'd as it drained, used seconds on timeline for stopwatch.
Object is to match indoor latex paint to clear, to play spray without fumes. Good for kids to play with too. I'm one heh.
Latex i mixed 1:1 with water, needs more water.
