Dirt in sealer only

Wonder if low temp can damage material, that would explain a lot
Rare I remember when that happen to you.
We ship western Canada and the rest of Canada and 4 to 8 days on a truck and two problems in the last few years.
A gallon of black base, but the other 3 gallons in the case were fine, so rare we just ship.

A lot of lower cost reducers will have higher water content because they are using industrial grade solvents
Normally a 50% savings per lb, give or take.
Always stick with the better grades, DT, Spies aka Standox, UR, Sikkens or SPI.
Thanks.

Any up date on dirt in sealer Serjik 911 ?
no man. got supplier here with sata filter , same result, but they found the silicon filter in my line that expired far time ago. they expect that silicon started do break and go to my lines as dirt or moisture. waiting this week to replace the silicon in my filter.

Literally same day paint without sealer, just base and clear spi.

Also piece of info. I'm getting dirt not in spi sealer only, but with roberlo sealer as well, everything from one supplier. Bought few new quarter kits to be sure it's not single case with just my gallon kit. Same shit.
But Saturday went to Napa and bought cheap finish one 1k sealer. And had no problem with that. So I have just 2 things in my mind- air filter with breaking silicon in it or something happened at supplier place, and he doesn't tell me. Idk what else

Hope you get it figured out. Just doesn't make sense it would be from air supply. Your supplier place may have had a huge temperature swing. Is it only the black sealer?

yes, its much worse with black sealer. amount of dirt in white is still present, but in acceptable amount, while black looks very bad

When the material gets "seedy", it always seems to be black. I had some black base that I was using to tint a black pearl that sprayed like that. It had been sitting out under my bench for years. If the white is doing it also, that would make me be leary of the catalyst. Maybe a severe temperature swing caused condensation in the can?
