dirt in epoxy primer ?

i epoxy the inside of my upper and lower cowl. looks like i got some dirt in my epoxy when i look at it from a distance it looks great but close up you can see quite a bit especially on the upper cowl. should i sand it and if so what grit? and if i going to use it as a top coat should i reduce it as a sealer? and if so how much should i reduce it?

You could just 800 or up to 1500 wet sand and go right to base.
