Colad Snap Lid System

Anyone here tried the Colad Snap System paint cups? Bought a starter set, the price is right compared to Sata RPS that I currently use.
The kit came with four sizes of cups-lids: 88, 350, 700 and 900ML.
The smallest 88ml cups would be perfect on my Iwata LPH-50. So we fabricated up a modified adapter by hacking a Harbor Freight copy of the Iwata cup.

However, there is an issue. The vent doesn't vent properly! It will spray then sputter, starve for fluid.
We don't know if this is an issue with all the sizes and on a full size spray gun.

It's probably that the 50 only runs at like 12-15 psi, iirc. Also the ports/total air flow is minimal compared to a full size gun. It probably just does not pull/generate enough vacuum, to collapse the cup/liner.
