Hoping someone can help me out. I made a big mistake today while spraying basecoat on a panel that I had done a repair on. A little background, it had previously been painted with spi epoxy,spi black base oat and cleared with universal clear.
Today I mixed the base coat with the correct reducer and then I thought I added clear activator. Well when I got done,I realized I had grabbed the clear and added that instead of the activator.
So am I correct in thinking I will need to sand it all off and start over with priming and painting the panel? Help!
