Best Clear for Steel Rims?

Which clear would you recommend for Chevrolet K10 rally wheels? I found the original silver color, but I'm curious which clear would do best with the beauty rings coming on and off, as well as lug nuts. Any tips for painting steel rims to last will be appreciated as well!

How has that worked out? I don't have any Production. Maybe a 4:1:2-3 would work.

It's on my suburban, been there for a year or so. Haven't had any issues yet, but they are painted steel. Are you going over bare aluminum or steel? If so, probably should spray some activated adhesion promoter prior.
