Bed liner over spi epoxy

I’m building a home built Jeep Wrangler pickup truck. I going to have the bed spray lined. I painted all the bed pieces with spi epoxy before I welded it together. I am going to scuff and recoat with epoxy primer. After its all assembled. What grit paper should I use to scuff the old primer? Would red scotch bright be coarse enough? Can I have bed liner sprayed within the 7 day window, or would it be best to wait until it’s completely dry and then sand/scuff before bed liner.

For scuffing, I would use a combination of 180 and red SB (for the hard to scuff areas). Give the initial coats of epoxy several days to cure, then spray a reduced coat (like sealer for base) 2-4 hours before the bed-liner.
