hi guys,
i sprayed my brothers car with dupont chromabase and it's mottled/patchy down the sides. We wet sanded the car a few days later and tried again with a slow reducer and the gun i've always had luck with, with no luck. the first coat of base atop the sanded clear looked white and blotchy as sin (pic attached) any idea what would cause this?
the bumper covers came out well and the only difference was I applied the base almost like it was clear, wet as could be.
