Adpro 600-4 is it supposed to be clear or peach colored? Tag on bottom of can says 9 9 22 I'm assuming that is the date it was made. I just received it a couple of days ago, I opened the seal today to spray some plastic. I read that shelf life of sealed container is 12 months.

Where did you get it from? I can't believe that the HQ would send out a 3 year old can.

It wasn't straight from SPI it was from a reputable vendor here in Michigan. Probably just didn't get rotated some how. I have bought a lot of paint and SPI products from them and never had a problem. Just wasn't sure if I could still use it or not?

they have had a few formulas over recent years. there was one or two that would cobweb you sprayed it. floaty strings in the air. 2022 may have been in that time frame...i have no idea. adpro wont go bad sitting unopened but if it cobwebs when you spray it just dont use it unless your just putting primer over it and sanding it anyway. i gat a qt of stuff maybe 4 mos ago and the new stuff doesn't do that.

It didn't cobweb at all while spraying but I did have to put cap back on and shake it quite a bit to get it to all come together so to speak. I just don't remember it being a peach color, been about 6 years since the last time I bought a quart of adpro so I don't remember what color that was.

i do remember it having an amber tone to it at one point. never had it separate though where i needed to shake it to mix everything back together.
