Additonal 2K coats needed ?

So i've got my hood/trunk/doors all finished in 220 grit using a guide coat. I will go to 400 then wet with 600 as my paint has some metallic in it.

My question is, on some very small spots, you can see the SPI black epoxy underneath very faintly, similar to this...



You can see the spot in the front of the pic...so can i just lightly sand around this with the 400/600, or should I spray another coat of 2K ?

My thoughts, if your going to spray epoxy as sealer before you paint just leave them, but if your just going to prep to 600 and paint its nice to have a single uniform substrate to paint on
