6620 over Eastwoods Rust Encapsulator

I am new here and I am working on a 68 Camaro. The rear frame rails have some pitting and rust I can't clean up due to accessibility. Would 6620 adhere to Eastwood's Rust Encapsulator?
Thanks

"Eastwood's Rust Encapsulator " this is a myth . good way to destroy your car. snake oil at it's finest .

Don't use any of that paint over rust stuff....regardless of brand or marketing. If you have somewhere you can't get clean, a better alternative is to treat the area with OSPHO, neutralize, next day SPI epoxy. This will be a longer/better solution. I have some done this way (before I started using SPI epoxy) 20 or more years with OSPHO and UTECH Epoxy (SPI is heads and shoulders above that). Short of blasting to good grey metal or cutting out and replacing, this is the best alternative method.

ever wonder how a car can set in a field for 50 years with no paint can survive ? unless rust is covered by dirt sand or debris it will not grow. it drys out and stops. cover it with anything and it will hold moisture and continue to rust. none of these snake oils work .
