2k reg build sprayed, now need a little filler?

I had what I thought was a ready to go cab, sprayed some epoxy over my filler then 2k reg build. Now that I have 2k on it I found 2 pinholes on my door jam, and I have one body line that is too sharp, it needs to be a little bit more of a curve.

What course of action would you suggest? Thank you.

Hard to say from here, but it sounds like you need to fill the pinholes with poly putty then spot prime, and block the line until it has the proper radius, spot prime there too.

I have a little dolphin glaze I can use on the pin holes. Anything special I need to do over the 2k when applying it?

On the outside of my cab I only got 1 coat of 2k on and then ran into a gun issue, so I need atleast another coat or 2. How many coats is normal to have, as many as it takes or is there some general rule to avoid?

Since you've at stopped at first coat and has to be sanded before next, you could sorta block as you go. 180 or 220 would probably be safe. Alot depends on how thick first layer is. That way any problem areas might show up early. I normally do 3 coats then block.

Sand and red scotchbrite the vicinity before putty.

3 coats is pretty normal, maybe 2 on a final prime. You do understand that you have to sand the entire thing to apply more primer, right?

Yes I was just going to block what I had and use a red scotch brite in any low spots before I did another coat.

What color scotch brite is good for a final scuff before sealer in hard to reach areas, is red too course?

Ok, thank you. I cant tell you how much I appreciate yours and everyone else's help. I would be lost without the first hand answers I have received along with all of the old posts I have read through.

Thought I would post some pictures of the body line Im having a little trouble with. I got 3 coats of 2k reg build on everything yesterday so I haven't done much blocking on this spot other then what was done previously with my filler work. My filler work is where I got the line too sharp, it didnt look bad before 2k, but now it seems magnified. The lighting is off side to side but it shows how my line is off.

Im not sure if just 2k is going to get this rounded enough. How much 2k can I put in this area or should I take a different direction?
