2K Primer Prep question

I'm another autobody nuby. Just ordered some SPI regular 2k build primer. My first time using it will go over two doors for my 54 Ford F100 restoration project. Doors were stripped, epoxied, applied small amounts of filler, epoxied again, 2 coats of Evercoat G2 Feather Fill and blocked. They are almost straight and flat.
My question is: The Feather Fill is finished with 220 grit. Is this OK for application of the 2k primer?

I mean, you block 2k with 220 and then usually spray additional coats on top of that.
