2k primer over epoxy

A few weeks ago i sprayed spi epoxy over bare metal and went outside the 7 day window. I had some body filler work to do, so I spot sanded just areas that needed body filler with 180 grit and I sanded thru to bare metal in several spots while blocking these areas. After this, I reapplied a coat or two of epoxy to cover bare metal over the entire panel. My question is will it hurt anything because I did not sand the entire panel with 180 before reapplying a coat of epoxy over the entire panel?
I am ready to spray regular 2K primer over epoxy. My question is I do need to apply at least 2 coats of 2K and block sand and from this point on I can just spot prime the low areas and not the entire panel.

I still learning all of this stuff, but I agree with metalman that you should at least scuff (red scotchbrite pad) the epoxy (and clean it really well with W&G remover following this) before hitting it with more epoxy. That's what I did through my bodywork process after everything I put over the epoxy (e.g., body filler) even if I didn't got to bare metal after blocking it out. In other words, I put two fresh coats of epoxy on the panel before putting 2K build primer over it, regardless if I went to bare metal during blocking it out or not.

And thank you for your service!

I did hit it W&G remover before applying another coat of epoxy and normally I would sand with 180 but just got in a hurry, but I want to make sure it will be ok

Thanks you cmfisher4, for the record no issues with what I did without scuffing or sanding epoxy before reapplying
