Got all the black parts shot with SPI black epoxy before the rain started. Also have the door hinges rebuilt. Original owner mods are all over this car! Do you see them? Doors going on tomorrow to check for fit.

A day of welding on accessories for the floor, welding up holes that don’t belong, fixing the next to last rodent nest damage, welding in the trunk fuel tank supports and getting ready to weld in the fastbackity brackets! The body will be done ready for final bodywork tomorrow!

Jim im messing with dodge truck door hinges now, looks to be the same exact thing.

Looks great! But I would consider replacing that radio antenna wire. It's pretty skinned up!

Final trip to the blaster and final mass epoxy priming of piece parts! Wait a few days, sand out the dash and interior parts and will be shooting the final single stage matte and gloss black! Hurricane rain is coming!

Decided to mock everything up in the back since I didn’t take it apart, and I wanted to make sure everything was here. This is mainly to get the fastback pieces that need to get welded in the correct position. It’s a good thing I did cause I realized that I’m missing a trunk divider board that I need to get ordered.
