Black vehicles look fantastic when clean and shiny however they are a bear to keep that way. Having owned a few different black vehicles I now tend to shy away from that color choice.
My SPI black Harley was a head turner but I was always detailing it.

You will be glad you went with the blue. Great job on the car.

Then I wiped it down with 710,let it sit an hour and sealed it. I used a 70/30 mix of black and white epoxy reduced 25%

I had sanded thru to filler on the door, didn't catch it cause I thought it was epoxy. When I sealed it I saw this. I ended up spotting it with turbo, blocking it and resealing it. Thanks to TexasKing for helping me figure out what to do.

The next day I put 3 coats of clear on everything. I then kept it all inside for a couple days and then put it outside in the sun all day today.

That Blue is a perfect choice!!!
Even better than "resale red"

Haha yea that's the color it used to be.Just couldn't bring myself to painting it red again. Not that i don't like red but people would be like,"Oh I see you got your car back out again" and I just put about 1200 hours into it not to mention the money! Not that I am looking for attention but you get the point.
