    I may be way off, but I had a similar looking situation years back with single stage black. Only thing it seemed like it could be was some old opened hardener. Remember Barry saying something about opened cans of hardener especially ones that are less than half full will pull moisture inside...

    Thank you very much!! You're right, a lot of time is just standing there staring and planning. That job is one that I'm most proud of. And to be clear I've had some people message me thinking I faux-tina painted some areas of the panels. I have not painted or touched anything up with paint.;)
