one other thing that people need to be reminded of is when you open paint and mixing,your eyes absorb more than probably any other part of the body.
just a thought was told about years ago.
i see lots of paint people don't use but what are some paints that are being used for old restorations.
i already had bought pro spray but i'm not in habit of throwing away 400.00
best way i've found is shoot the base then shoot 3 coats clear,block with 800 ina day or two ,lay out stripes shoot them then app
ply 3 more coats of clear.
i use panel bond on sides and front and rear,then after it sets i drill about 4 or 5 spots in in front and rear and weld.
takes lots of welders clamps.
i'll be 64 in a few days,an when i started doing this part time i could restore a camaro in 6 months working a full time job.now that i have retired it takes me a full year to do a car.just don't understand it.
