Tech Line Update.

Guys, this has been brought up before but with all the new shops we have in the last 6 months and the fact that December and January should be slow and we have been swamped as well as the Tech line is sometimes 1 to 4 calls behind from being returned.

IF I DON'T answer, it may be I'm on phone or out of service for a minute or doing something i can't stop at the moment.
LEAVE A VOICE MAIL!

I will call back in order as left, may be 5 mins or may be even an hour at very most, exception one day last week was 3-4 hours behind all day but that is rare as most calls are simple and short.

just a reminder and a reminder just to stay on my good side, DON"T ever say well it was not important, it is important to me so leave a message.

I remember back in early 70's a professor said when someone leaves a voice mail its the most important thing on his mind (before cell phones)
There is no arguing with that statement, so its as important to me as you and I always do my best to handle but I can't handle or help hang-ups!
 
Glad you use the text feature, much as I enjoy talking with you my hearing isn't all that good anymore.
 
One thing I do is to ask the question in the voicemail so that he can already have somewhat of an answer ready when he returns my call. I also will search the forum first to see if it has been discussed. Lots of info on the forum, just have to find it. I appreciate everything Barry does to help us.
 
Though I haven't had to use the tech line, this kind of commitment to customer service is EXACTLY why this rookie is so happy that I found SPI for my restoration paint needs.

I couldn't agree more, you do an absolutely fantastic job with your tech line.

I can't describe how nice it is to have that available, as well as the forum. I really like the ability to text a question, I feel like it's a little more laid back and allows you to get back at your convenience.
 
I've used the tech line only once to get a quick answer and for all else I found the search feature of this site to produce a plethora of valuable information to answer my questions as well as the knowledgeable members here. Overall this is an outstanding company and forum.
 
Barry, you're the best I've ever dealt with, when it comes to customer support. And you've always come across like a genuinely nice guy, I really appreciate you !!!
 
Barry has set my mind at ease a few times. I can't imagine all the strain he goes through running a business, plus answering all of our questions 24/ 7. Thank you for all you do for us!!!
 
I would like to be a fly on the wall and know what he REALLY says about us once we hang up.... :)

Funny on the timing of this, a good friend John and I were talking about
Oil yesterday and tech line came up,
Like I told him, I love working it and I've made friends from
newfoundland throughout North America.
Of course, I get a pretend call once in a while but these are way down in numbers from say 10 years ago but just part of the game.
 
Can't speak nothing but great things about Barry and his crew. You should see my paint buddies faces when I tell them about the tech line and the awesome customer service. They don't get anything close to Barry from their paint jobbers around here.
