buffing orange peel 100 percent flat, best methods

All i want is to know if im way under or ok on mil thickness i know every time is gonna change but at least i know where i would be but also dont want to waste material the way i spray.(close)
 
There's a post here in the forum where Barry gives some info as to the ideal mils of some of the restoration jobs he's done over the years. You may find that pretty interesting.

I can't seem to find the post right now in my phone.
 
it's not that difficult. if you shoot 3 coats and it is peeled up then the only fix is to block and reclear but if you can not lay down a somewhat smooth coat you will never get there.

Im not a pro but i did 3 wet coats on this one fiber glass hood and quarter panels 800,1000,1500,2000,3000
Im spraying the euro with ws400 1.3hd it has some peel very little... im gonna try the 1.4 hd,,, I know when i ise to spray PPG 2002 concept and like 2021 or universal was better..
