Best paint for wheels....70 F250

I'll be restoring my grandpa's '70 F250 farm truck this spring. It is red with a white roof and plain white steel wheels. Presumably the white on the wheels is the same color white as the roof. What's a good paint to use for wheels? I'm afraid if I go with the same base/clear (will be using UV clear) the wheels will be too shiny and blingy, and susceptible to chipping. Is a single stage more appropriate?

Rustoleum Canvas White is an exact match on my 1972 Ford F-250 wheels. Two coats air dry then baked at 200 degrees in an oven. Very hard and tough.

Is this the one you are referring to? (available at Home Depot)
Protective Enamel Gloss Canvas White Interior/Exterior Paint

I need a coating for my wheels as well. I have considered powder coat but I would like to be able to repair dings and chips easily in the future.

Yes, the paint I used is Rust oleum 7789 Canvas White i purchased at Lowe's.
I prepped the wheels by removing all the paint with hot caustic bath (lye or drain cleaner) using a pan made from the bottom of a 55 gallon steel drum heated over a propane burner. Cold caustic will work but will take a lot longer. DANGER, caustic is very dangerous, wear protective clothing, gloves, face shield etc.
After the paint removal I blasted them with 80 grit aluminum oxide to remove any rust and get a good surface texture for the paint.
I set up a front hub on a jack stand as a turn table to be able to rotate the wheels for ease of painting.
I am very pleased with the paint, better than the factory.

The best results I've had on wheels and engines has been using Cerakote instead of conventional paint, shot with a detail gun.
