Dirt in sealer only

Hello everyone
Recently, for couple months already, have a problem with my sealer coat. Im getting dirt in it, on the whole part. On both spi sealer and roberlo sealer. I thought maybe something is in my gallon lid, bought quart kit of sealer and got same stuff, same dirt. Don't have any dirt in base or clear, only sealer coat. Reduced 4:1:1 and 4:1:2, medium or slow spi reducer. Wax and greased before with spi solvent one. Everything together keep in around 60 temperature, spraying at 70-75. Today dropped the pressure while spraying, looked good, but after a while while drying, dirt came out again. Any suggestions?

How about the gray color sealer? Sounds like a dumb question that I am asking you but will explain later, after your answer

If it sprayed clean, defending Roberto also, dirt doesn't pop up Unless!!
Its iso clumping caused by moisture from the air, wetting floor, using a 1.3 or compressor lines, cold product or cold metal.

Try 1.4.
Lower air pressure.
And maybe medium reducer.
Sealers need a low water grade reducer also

What do you mean by low water grade reducer ?

A lot of lower cost reducers will have higher water content because they are using industrial grade solvents
Normally a 50% savings per lb, give or take.
Always stick with the better grades, DT, Spies aka Standox, UR, Sikkens or SPI.

The gun is pro lite 1.4. no wet floors. Only spi reducer. It tends to be worse with medium, a bit better with slow.
Thinking about moisture from airline and cold product.will put a orange filter at the gun to check. Also will try to sealer in hot water to warm it

i am assuming this is the 2k urethane sealer. the nice thing about that compared to epoxy as sealer is it dries quick and you can denib it. once it flashes dull just give it another 10 min and you can just lightly hit it with some 400-600 and take those right out. that doesnt help your initial problem which you will need to figure out but it can keep you plugging along and get the job done.

I use Gerson125 micron blue strainers for sealers, single stage, and solid color basecoat. Seems to have helped some, and at least it helps eliminate a possibility of pigment kickout or whatever in the sealer.

I already have filters on disposable cups.

Pull them off; they can cause black to clump.
The black pigment is in the sealer is about a 4 micron, so filters do nothing, but if the strainer is changing polarity, the pigment will run together like magnets and a speck of dirt will be a 100 or give or take clumped up.

So interesting!

Read it too late.. so I tried to add extra filters before mixing in a cup, gave nothing. Same problem. Waiting for supplier to get me air filters for gun. For now gonna stop to use sealer, cause it's going way too bad

Maybe something is going wrong with the air supply, since you say it is happening in two totally separate sealers. Normally I would think if the material is well strained that the hardener is going bad, but it's unlikely that two different hardeners are going bad at the same time, unless someone there is leaving the caps off for long periods of time.

Yes, waiting to get these yellow filters to get tomorrow, and already have sata guys appointment for air setup.

It would seem to me that this is not a filter problem but as Barry suggested, an ISO clumping issue. Dirt would not show up later after shooting.
