1967 mustang fastback

I like it. The best part of the heating system is it heats the things in the room not just the air. It makes bodywork and spraying(like keeping metal temps up for epoxy etc) much better. And no air blowing dust around.

We built the booth too. That is awesome but I would have made it a little longer if I did it again.

I formed some aluminum plates to cover the original taillight holes, used SEM seam sealer to seal them up and aluminum pop rivets thru the original bolt holes to fasten.
That way if I ever want to put it back to stock I didn't hack anything up. Then I put the valance and taillight panel on. I am using sequential LED lights.

I file fit the rings and assembled the shortblock. I used a stroker kit from Survival Motorsports. The displacement comes out to about 448.

I blasted then epoxied the seat frames. Then I covered them with a sewable foam followed by felt on the edges. I use the sewable foam in place of the burlap,it's strong and provides more cushion to keep the covers taut.
I have a few wrinkles to work out with some steam and working but should come out.

Looking great! I don't know ford blocks so what is/was it? That's alot of cubes.
My junk 90's caddy 4.9 motors (and 80's 4.1) use rod cap for bots nuts, no stretch gauging but look forward to it if i ever build a real motor. Me personally i'd wipe that valley with oil to stop flash rust particles forming.

So I started with an ididit column, I relocated the wiring hole then measured and cut the column.

I used a Toyota Prius EPS and cut, splined and pressed the inner shafts together. I made an aluminum piece to mate the Prius to the column housing. Then epoxied and painted it.

Took the better part of yesterday correcting the geometry of the shaft rocker system. Lots of milling, shimming and lathe work to get it right.

Thanks, yeah that's not your average Ford engine color. It's Ford/NewHolland blue. It's a little brighter and gives a nice contrast to the car color.
